What is IDT and why does it matter?

IDT stands for Integrated Dual Transport — Pfaff’s built-in walking foot. It is what makes Pfaff feel different from other machines. When it drifts, fabric tracks unevenly and stitches look crooked.

My Pfaff Creative 3.0 is throwing errors. Is that a big repair?

Not always. Most Creative series errors are sensor-related and land in the moderate tier. Board-level failures are rarer but we can diagnose for free before committing.

Do you service older Pfaff Hobby and Tipmatic models?
