What the work looks like
- A job arrives. We email you the details — brand, model, symptoms, photos — and confirm you’re available.

- You diagnose and quote. You tell us the real cost — labour, parts, total. We pass that quote to the customer.
- Customer approves. Once we collect payment, you complete the repair on your own schedule.
- We pick up and pay. Courier collects the machine. You’re paid your 70% plus parts as soon as the machine ships back to the customer.
