What you get as a Bobbin and Fix partner

We handle everything but the bench
Customers, logistics, pickup, delivery, pricing, payments, and support. You focus on the repair — no phone calls, no shop hours, no haggling.
70% of every job, paid on completion
Clear, honest split. The customer pays us, we pay you as soon as the machine ships back. Parts are reimbursed on top.
Machines come to you
A courier drops the machine at your bench and picks it up when you’re done. You never meet the customer. Work on your own schedule.
Real work, real volume
We’re an AI-native, remote-first company filling a gap that old-school shops are leaving behind. Expect steady, high-quality jobs.

What the work looks like

  1. A job arrives. We email you the details — brand, model, symptoms, photos — and confirm you’re available.
  2. The courier drops the machine. You receive it at your bench. No customer handoff.
  3. You diagnose and quote. You tell us the real cost — labour, parts, total. We pass that quote to the customer.
  4. Customer approves. Once we collect payment, you complete the repair on your own schedule.
  5. We pick up and pay. Courier collects the machine. You’re paid your 70% plus parts as soon as the machine ships back to the customer.
